After Enrollment

When you first enroll in or make changes to your Enable Midstream medical plan, you'll receive a new ID card for your medical and prescription drug benefits. Two ID cards will be generated by BCBS, but you may request additional cards if you need them. If you enroll in dental coverage, you will also receive a dental ID card from Delta Dental. For vision coverage, no ID card will be generated. You will simply tell your provider that you have coverage through VSP.


Accessing your HSA

If you chose the HSA for the first time, you must log into the Fidelity website to open your HSA account to receive Enable Midstream's contribution and begin making your own contributions. You will receive an email from Fidelity with instructions for opening your account soon after you enroll.

Fidelity/NetBenefits makes it easy to access your HSA. After enrolling in your HSA, you will receive a VISA debit card that you can use for eligible services and products. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your HSA, so there are no out-of-pocket costs. Be sure to keep your receipts in case you are asked to verify a purchase.


Accessing your FSA

After your FSA is set up, you’ll receive an email from Discovery Benefits informing you that your account has been created. Follow the instructions in the email or go directly to to access your account. Click the Login button and select HSA, FSA, HRA & Commuter Login and follow the instructions to register or login to your account.

Discovery Benefits makes it easy to access your flexible spending account. Shortly after enrollment, you will receive a debit card you can use for eligible services and products. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your reimbursement account, so there are no out-of-pocket costs. If you do pay for an eligible cost out of your pocket, you can file a claim online, by fax, via the mobile app, or by mail. Discovery Benefits will process your claim and send you a reimbursement check. If you set up direct deposit with them, they can deposit the funds directly into your bank account.
